Rebecca Ferguson Releases New Single 'Nothing Left But Family' ft. Nile Rodgers - Recorded at Abbey Road

“There is something magical about Abbey Road; there is a great energy to the place. I have never had a recording session there that I haven't loved, and it has been amazing working on my album at Abbey Road and with so many amazingly talented people.” — Rebecca Ferguson

Soulful singer-songwriter Rebecca Ferguson has returned with her new single Nothing Left But Family, featuring our Chief Creative Advisor Nile Rodgers. Recorded at Abbey Road, the eclectic track, which brings together elements of gospel, soul, funk and pop was written and produced by Rebecca and Nile along with producers EG White (Nothing’s Real But Love, Chasing Pavements - Adele, Warwick Avenue - Duffy), and Jonny Coffer (High Hopes - Panic At The Disco, Freedom - Beyonce, La La La - Naughty Boy).

Nile Rodgers recently commented to the London Daily Star newspaper about working on the track with Rebecca: "We just did a monster with her…friends of mine were in the studio crying." Rebecca said “Working with Nile on 'Nothing Left But Family' was a dream come true and magical and I am excited to work with him on more music.”

The vocalist will be teaming up again with Rodgers to work on her fifth studio album, the follow-up to 2016's Superwoman, which she'll support with a UK tour once the restrictions due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic are lifted.
