Jon Bon Jovi To Record Charity Single for Invictus Games Foundation at Abbey Road

The Duke of Sussex has confirmed rock legend Jon Bon Jovi will be joining members of the Invictus Games Choir at Abbey Road to record a special single titled Unbroken in aid of the Invictus Games Foundation.

Written by Jon Bon Jovi, the song shines a spotlight on veterans living with PTSD and honour their service. The original version of Unbroken will feature on the forthcoming album Bon Jovi 2020 and the charity version of the single, featuring the Invictus Games Choir, will be released in March, in support of the Invictus Games Foundation.
 
 
The Invictus Games Choir, which is managed and delivered by Help for Heroes, is made up of wounded, injured and sick veterans and serving personnel from all branches and different ranks of the UK Armed Forces who come together and use the power of music to aid their recovery.

The single which will be recorded in Studio Two on Friday 28 February, where The Duke will also be in attendance. Upon arrival, The Duke will head into Studio Two where Jon will talk him through the single and how he has been working with The Invictus Games Choir. Following the performance, The Duke and Jon will meet members of the Choir followed by competitors from previous Invictus Games who have been invited to attend this special event.
