Jess Glynne talks to Abbey Road

11th October 2018
Following on from her 2015 three-times platinum-selling debut album, I Cry When I Laugh, Jess Glynne has today released her highly anticipated second album Always In Between. "The album for me is really special. I think its a very intimate record in the way it sounds and the lyrics, and it's definitely a little bit more vulnerable and honest".

Already making history in the build-up to the record with the single I'll Be There - a gospel-tinged, uplifting track that has become her seventh UK number one, more than any other British female artist - Jess also visited Abbey Road Studios earlier this year along with Rudimental, Macklemore and Dan Caplento to film and record a live version of These Days in Studio One. Watch the live recording here. On a recent visit to Abbey Road, we sat down with Jess for a chat about what we can expect from the new album, advice for emerging artists and working at Abbey Road.
