Press the red knob on the voice track you would like to mute shown below. When the track is muted, the knob will be grey:
Go to the mixer panel by pressing on the 3 vertical faders icon in the top right of the sequencer window, and press the ‘M’ square button. When the track is muted, the button will be red:
