Lewis' composure, smile and experience perfectly places him for technically demanding film scoring and large scale recording projects. In 2012 he was part of the Abbey Road team who recorded and mixed the opening ceremony for the London 2012 Olympic games, including travelling on a one stop tour of Great Britain recording choirs. Credits since 2012 include, Marvel's Avengers Assemble, James Bonds Skyfall, The Croods, Philomena, The Grand Budapest Hotel and in 2013/2014 engineered sessions recording all the choir and specialist instruments for Howard Shore's Hobbit 2 and 3 scores.
Most recently Lewis recorded and mixed the remake of the horror classic Poltergeist for composer Marc Strietenfeld, Genius: the upcoming film by Michael Grandage, for composer Adam Cork and mixed the score to Andy Tennants upcoming movie Wild Oats for George Fenton.
As well as film scores Lewis enjoys the variety of projects that come to Abbey Road and has recently recorded Strings for One Direction, Italian Artist Gianni Nannini and recorded and mixed various artists for Audio Networks. Academy Award winner Luis Bacalov came to London for the first time and Lewis had the pleasure of recording for him with the London Symphony Orchestra. Lewis particularly enjoyed working alongside the huge team for The King of Latin Music, Roberto Carlos, who recently spent a week at Abbey Road to record a live concert for DVD.
Movie credits this year include Marvels Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Mission Impossible - Rogue Nation and Legend. Most recently Lewis recorded the score to The Hunger Games, Mockingjay Pt 2 for James Newton Howard and has just completed the next instalment of the James Bond franchise Spectre with Thomas Newman.
