DHL at Abbey Road

Abbey Road Studios is proud to be partnered with the world’s leading logistics company, DHL.

With a shared passion for delivering tomorrow’s music today, our partnership is centred on boosting emerging artists’ reach worldwide and delivering remarkable music experiences.

Like music, DHL connects people from across the world every day. Together, it is our ambition to join artists and their audiences through innovative activations and pioneering expertise.

DHL is a key element to our vinyl mastering process. The delivery of lacquer masters that hold the recordings need to be transported to a vinyl plant, and DHL is pivotal in ensuring this happens on time, every time.

The partnership has seen the creation of unique opportunities for artists. Universal Music Group and DHL formed FAST-TRACK Sessions in 2021, a new music platform that shines a spotlight on exceptional talent, and ‘fast-tracks’ their rise to global stardom. The project brings fans closer to artists through unforgettable music moments, digital activations, intimate performances, and unique content.

After hundreds of top-quality submissions, three artists were chosen to spend two days recording at Abbey Road Studios with gold-selling record producer Hannah V. All three artists created at least one track that was recorded, mixed, and mastered at the studios.

Our ambition, with DHL, is to continuously inspire and entertain consumers and artists, whilst integrating fanbases in to all the components of an artist’s creative process.
