A faithful recreation of the classic EMI TG12413 compressor/limiter used in the legendary EMI TG12345 mixing console. Custom-built for EMI’s studios and never commercially available, the TG12345 consoles were central to numerous landmark records including The Beatles’ Abbey Road, Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon, and albums by Paul McCartney and the Rolling Stones. The TG1 creates a very audible warm, open and sometime squishy sound while maintaining clarity and great high frequency response.
