Latin Grammy Award Winner recorded at Abbey Road
The 10th Annual Latin Grammy Awards took place on November 5, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV and we are delighted to announce that Brazilian pop band Roupa Nova received a Latin Grammy award for 'Best Brazilian Contemporary Pop Album 2009'. The album and DVD "Roupa Nova em Londres" (Roupa Nova in London) were recorded and filmed at Abbey Road in Studio Two, with assistant engineer Pete Hutchings.
The band who had many hits in the 80s and early 90s have sold over 8 million copies and have 25 hit singles, 10 of them reached number 1.
