We were pleased to welcome the Coen brothers to Abbey Road to record the score for their new film Burn After Reading - the first of their film scores to be recorded outside of the US.
The score was composed and conducted by Carter Burwell. It was recorded in Abbey Road's Studio One with a 75 piece orchestra.
The film, starring George Clooney, John Malkovich and Brad Pitt, tells the story of how a disk containing the memoirs of a CIA agent ends up in the hands of two unscrupulous gym employees who attempt to sell it and is due for release in September.
