Sean Magee's Biography

Sean joined Abbey Road in 1995 with a diploma in sound engineering and recording. Embracing both old and new technology, Sean has a wealth of knowledge in analogue and digital mastering, being vastly experienced in DMM and lacquer cutting. He has worked on a diverse range of projects, most recently with Gary Moore, thenewno2,  Mogwai, Lightspeed Champion, James Yorkston, Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan, Moussa Diallo, Ingolf Olsen, Blink, Kiki Dee & Carmelo Luggeri, Luis Prima, Luis Represas and Blondie.Sean has cut vinyl for Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Pulp, Spiritualized, Iron Maiden, Placebo, LCD Soundsystem, Kraftwerk and a host of others.
