Andrew Dudman - Recording & Mixing
Biography
Andrew Dudman joined Abbey Road in 1996, as part of The Tonmeister degree course at the University of Surrey, and returned to the studios full-time in 1998 with a BMus (Hons) Music and Sound Recording degree. As an engineer, Andrew has worked on a wide range of film scores, including The Golden Compass, Lust Caution, 1408, Hostel 2 and The Queen. Andrew also works on musicals, pop sessions as well as classical recordings both at Abbey Road and on the road with Abbey Road's mobile unit. Andrew worked as score editor on the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy, winning an MPSE Award for Fellowship of the Ring and then received nominations for the same award for the Two Towers and Return of the King. Recently, Andrew has been working with composers Michael Price on Wildchild and Javier Navarette for the film Inkheart.
